Depending on the scope, the process may adjust slightly

What to Expect — Touch-Up & Repair

Step 1 — Send a Photo, Get a Fast Read. Start by sending a photo of the damage by text or email. This gives me a quick look at the surface, finish type, and scope before we ever schedule a visit. Most estimates can be discussed by phone after I've seen the photos.

Step 2 — On-Site Assessment. For most jobs across Orange County, I come to you. I'll assess the damage in person, evaluate the finish condition, and give you a detailed quote on the spot. No guessing, no surprises.

Step 3 — The Work Color is mixed and matched on-site by hand, adjusted to your existing surface until it's right. Most touch-up and repair work is completed in a single visit with minimal disruption to your space.

Step 4 — The Result A finish so clean it's almost like it never happened. Before I leave, we review the work together in natural light — because that's the only way a professional surface repair should ever be judged.

Not sure where your project falls, just send a photo — I’ll guide you from there.
